After hearing of all the many benefits of the mountainous herb rhodiola rosea, such as the herb’s ability to fight infection, control depression and reduce stress, you may want to jump in right on the band wagon and add it to your daily diet. Before you do, consider the possible side effects. While rare and not a major concern, all herbs have side effects. It is true that for this particular herb the problems are relatively few, but there are some to be aware of. Conditioning/Preseason
This workout starts on the track and must be done six days per week. If possible allow a 2 hour break between track workout and gym workout if you can.
On the Track
Two 800′s should be run under 2 minutes 15 seconds each, with a 2 minute break between the two 800′s.
Four 400′s should all be run around 1 minute 10 seconds each, with a 1 minute break between the four 400′s.
Eight 200′s should all be run hard, in less than 22 seconds, with a 1 minute break between each run.
Ten 100′s should all be run hard, with a 30 second break between each run.
This workout is for those who want to take basketball to the highest level, not for the casual or weekend workout person. This is for the college, and professional basketball only. But it can be used by some high school seniors starters in some cases. Read more...

A good education is always a good start in life, but consider what I am about to say. Most formal schooling prepares us to work for others. If we are good at following school rules and what the teacher says, then we will probably do okay in the job world too.
Success in the job world, just like at school, depends on how good you are at playing the game of follow the leader. When your boss says jump – you say how high? Just like school, the boss tells you when to show up, imposes acceptable standards of dress and performance, sets assignments and deadlines etc.
If you behave yourself at school, try hard and do your homework on time, then you are rewarded with good marks, good report cards, good friends, certificates, camps, vacations, trophies and special recognition for outstanding achievement. Read more...

Over the past several days it has occurred to me that I move from being motivated to continue this business to “what have I done!” I am sure more of you feel the same way. I watch as those new distributors rocket out of the shoot and get to first base before anyone can blink an eye.
Most of these fast starters eventually cannot keep up the pace but still earn a good income. Unfortunately,I am not one of the fast starters anymore because I learned that motivation if often fleeting but longevity is much easier. Here is why:
Number One – I am motivated but I do not like to rush into doing things that are against my beliefs.
Number Two – I am here for the long haul and will “drip” my way through the first months until I gain momentum. What I mean here is that I am a CONSTANT and I am PERSISTENT in working my way through the maze. Read more...

It’s true!
A digital tyre inflator should be absolutely top of every motorists shopping list for addition to their motoring toolbox.
