Does Pepboys deserve my trust? I am planning to drop my car off the Pepboys store to have it checked.. My radiator is broken, and I'm fed up with the overheating episodes I've had to put up with. But my cousin, who happens to be an auto junkie, advised me against it. He told me I should not trust the technicians at Pepboys because they're a bunch of crooks. He went on to say that Pepboys charged him a bit over one thousand dollars! But the only damaged part was the timing belt. Now, I'm surfing through reviews and comments on the Internet about this store. There are some good reviews. There were complaints as well. Now, I'm confused. Does Pepboys deserve my trust? Will I just waste my hard-earned money and precious time? I really want to know…

The battery jumper's that are advertise with ONLY their Peak Amperage YOU need to stay away from them. There isn't a BATTERY maker, OR a CAR maker who even recognizes "Peak Amperage" as a for any purpose whatsoever...
*
The ONLY statistic that YOU are interested in is (CCA) Cold Cranking Amps, I have seen them as low as 200 CCA for a 12 volt charging system along with standard jumper cables, but I recommend **350 minimum CCA, but if you want to pay a little more a 400 CCA jumper is in reach. Listen, 350 CCA gives you plenty of zap to start all 12 volt cars and trucks, which means anything other than a BIG TRUCK (24 volts). **minimum, it is the lowest I would purchase.
