So far this unit has performed well. I used it to jump-start a raggedy old farm tractor, and the little box seems to have an impressive amount of cranking power (for short bursts, anyway).
I’ve used the inflator twice to inflate a car and a truck tire. Takes awhile to get a tire up to pressure, but’s that’s normal with these little compressors. For it’s size, it’s quite adequate as an emergency air source. Took me about 8 minutes to bring the car tire up from 25 PSI to 45 PSI (under the weight of the vehicle). Really not that bad.
The truck tire took a bit longer, as I had to stop the unit to let it cool down. B&D recommends running the inflator for no more than 10 minutes continuously. Total time to bring this nearly-flat tire up to pressure: Just under a half-hour. Again, not too shabby considering how small this thing is. Read more...

It’s true!
A digital tyre inflator should be absolutely top of every motorists shopping list for addition to their motoring toolbox. Let’s face it, I am sure that everyone who has ever had a flat tyre, has gone to look at their spare, only to find that it was flat as well, at some stage in their motoring career.
If you had a lightweight device that would fit into a tiny cubby hole, like a glove box, and was powered by your onboard cigarette lighter, you would be laughing, especially in the face of a dead tyre. I purchased this as a replacement for a similar product that I bought on home shopping of all places 5 years ago. It had worked flawlessly for 5 years sitting in an unheated garage and charging it only after an occasional use. But the air pump broke so I needed a new one and I couldn’t find the old brand any more. I purchased this jump starter with inflator and have had it for about 7 months now.
Pros:
It is a heavy duty unit
It has a lot of features on it.
It is easy to throw in the trunk on trips
